An internet connection or phone line allows us to remotely connect to your system for support and training purposes in any location. We also have a dedicated after hours number for emergency support. All of our support personnel have laptops with wireless internet, so they are able to provide on-line support via remote access to your system, instantly and at almost any given time.
Regular phone support is available from 9AM to 6PM EST, and after hours emergency support is also available.
